By accessing or using pngtrace ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

pngtrace is a free, browser-based tool that converts raster images to scalable vector graphics (SVG). All image processing occurs locally in your browser; no images are uploaded to our servers.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the Service to process images you do not have the right to use
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Service
• Not use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to images you process using pngtrace. The Service does not claim any ownership over your input images or output SVGs. The pngtrace application, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of its creators.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
